Dinotour is a unique opportunity to discover Alberta's palaeontological treasures with world-renowned scientists Dr. Philip Currie, Dr. David Eberth, Dr. David Evans, Dr. Eva Koppelhus, Dr. Michael Ryan, and Darren Tanke.

 August 3 to August 6, 2018 inclusive

 


During this four-day family-oriented event you will:

  Learn about the dinosaurs of Alberta

  Explore several dinosaur quarries in Manyberries, Dinosaur Provincial Park and along the Oldman River

  Hike and tour various sites in Dinosaur Provincial Park and Drumheller areas

  Tour the Royal Tyrrell Museum and the Field Station at Dinosaur Park

  Tour the Devils Coulee Dinosaur Heritage Museum and dinosaur egg site

  See how Albertas gemstone Ammolite (fossilized ammonite shell) is excavated

 

Tour includes:

  Guided tour including bus transportation to and from Calgary

  3 nights accommodation (double occupancy) and all meals

  Admission to the Royal Tyrrell Museum, Dinosaur Provincial Park Field Station and Devils Coulee Dinosaur Heritage Museum

  Guidebook, T-shirt and goodie bag

  Canadian charitable tax donation receipt for a portion of the fees

 

Proceeds generated from this tour support the work of the Dinosaur Research Institute, a non-profit charitable organization that finances dinosaur research in western Canada.

 A deposit of $500 is requested for each registration. The balance of the tour cost is due by June 3, 2018.  The tour costs (including GST)
